Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a team that shapes the future Digital Products for Product Lifecycle Management ontop of the existing PLM capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in researching the interfaces between People, Process and Technology to clarify how the new Product Landscape looks.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Become an integral part of a cross functional Program that responsible for defining the path ahead for the Product Lifecycle Transformation (PLM).
  • Research and understand how the as-is PLM supports LEGO capabilities across Business Units and what the overarching goal for the transformation program is.
  • Help develop Service Blueprints for the capabilities that Product Lifecycle supports as-is, creating a truly holistic picture of how Business Capabilities, User Journeys and the Information of data and decision flow, connects.
  • Understand how future business ambition translate to real problems for LEGO colleagues, what needs they have and what behaviors future PLM Products enables.
  • Collaborate with the program team to define the future Digital Products in collaboration will bring to-be PLM capabilities to life.
  • Eventually as the PLM transformation program proceeds, you will:
  • Set and align long term Product Visions with stakeholders.
  • Create product strategies with the Product team, by translating insight in business ambitions and derived user challenges, to outcome based Quarterly Objectives that allows double loop learning cycles.
  • Collaborate with the Product Designer, Lead Engineer and Customer Leads to ensure correct prioritization based on insights gathered and business impact.

Do you have what it takes?
  • You’ve worked with cross functional Agile Product teams
  • You have Experience with User journey mapping, Service blueprints etc
  • You have experience with Business analysis, e.g., analysing complex data and taking decisions based on it
  • You are curious about understanding processes end to end, the data that fuels them, and the insights they generate,
  • You energized by creating visual aids to help communicate complexity and enable decisions
  • You have experience with visual and verbal communication to strategic and operational stakeholders.
  • You have an user centric and empathic approach
  • You have strong collaboration skills, able to navigate and understand different perspectives.
If you have experience with the following, that’s an asset but not a must:
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management, e.g., Master Data Management.
  • Experience working with an Ecosystem of Digital products that have strong interdependencies
  • Experience working with Technology Transformation
  • You have an understanding of Software development processes, API’s and Domain Driven Design.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Viva Goals
  • Experience with setting aligned and focused goals through the OKR framework
